Wilson Library and EdTech are offering two free webinars to put the pieces together on copyright and fair use in academia.  Topics will include:

  • How to reduce your legal liability
  • Develop a better understanding how to interpret and apply copyright law to teaching, research, and scholarship

Copyright and fair use laws apply to teaching, research, and publications can be quite confusing. The increasing ease of copying and distributing digital materials raises the stakes even more. Finding the right resources and support can be hard to find to sort these challenges out.

Join us for an online webinar to learn the key concepts that every instructor needs to know in applying copyright law in the classroom (online and face-to-face), research, and scholarly publications. To help you understand these concepts, our expert instructors will share many scenarios throughout the webcasts.
