Reminder: CLCs and Classrooms are upgrading to Windows 7

Windows7-small.png EdTech and IT will be upgrading all of the computers in the classrooms and several of the Computer Learning Centers (CLCs) to the Windows 7 operating
system.

Classroom upgrades will be completed by June 6, 2011. Several of the CLCs have been upgraded. Throughout
the summer, several others will be converted. ALL CLCs are expected to be
upgraded to Windows 7 by Summer 2012.

Windows 7 has many more features than XP or Vista, and most
of the features that exist in all versions of Windows have been improved for
Windows 7. This change is for the betterment of the students as well as the
faculty and staff of Missouri S&T.
